Nonprofit Incorporation

As a side project, during my time with Julie Ahmad, we incorporated a nonprofit called Art Boss ATX designed to fill in the gaps of education in the arts and equip artists with marketing and business tools to succeed through mentorship and workshops.

I developed + designed the initial website, filled out and sent incorporation paperwork, wrote the mission statement, setup meetings with a lawyer to establish bylaws, and coordinated a soft launch at the Women of West art show through tabling and signage.
